Queen arrived as advertised in a good quality cage. Was introduced into hive on an emergency basis and went fabulously well, We particularly liked the way she arrived clearly marked with a number (80!).
Shopify tracking told me my bee had been delivered 2 hours ago, on the day of dispatch which was ludicrous. A quick email to Hagens sales team got me a Royal Mail tracking number so product support spot on. A 100 percent result.
