Free Shipping Exclusions
Orders containing treatments do not ship for free. Glass, Fondant, Extractors, Live Bees, Dry Feeds and Patties, as well as Syrups such as Invertbee do not ship for free, as well as items with exclusions stated in their descriptions.
Shipping Charges
Unless order qualifies for free shipping (see below), the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items. All shipping charges are subject to change in the event of ordered items not meeting the selected shippers conditions. In the instance that shipping rate needs to be amended Hagen's Bees Ltd. will contact the customer within 2 working days to resolve outstanding shipping issues.

- Once we have received your order, we shall email you with a shipping cost for your order. This includes ALL deliveries to non mainland UK, such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and offshore islands. Please note that postcode areas in the Scottish Highlands will also receive this message as there is a surcharge by our couriers to this wide area.
There may be additional charges for some heavy and bulky items to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Mainland Europe and offshore islands. There is a surcharge by our couriers to this wide area.
Free Shipping
Qualifying orders over £100.00 are eligible for free shipping to: MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM ONLY and excludes the Highlands of Scotland, the islands around the UK such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland as there is a surcharge by our couriers to this wide area.
*This does NOT include Feeds, Syrups, Treatments, Patties, Live Bees, Extractors or Glass. From time to time some lines which have a large price reduction will also be excluded from free delivery.
Delivery Time
If your order is in stock we aim to dispatch the order within 2 working days. Please allow an extended delivery time during busy periods or peak season. If part or all of your order is out of stock the order will be dispatched once all items are available. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (not including any Bank Holidays).
Smaller orders may be sent via Post Office and will not be delivered next day to reduce the cost. If you require next day delivery on an item where postage is listed as "UK Light" or "Free Shipping" please contact us for further details.
Whilst we aim to complete delivery as soon as possible we can not guarantee Next Day delivery due to possible unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
Click & Collect
Select COLLECTION at checkout and we will send you a notification of when your order is ready to collect. Please note - We do not have a physical shop to browse, so all orders are to be placed online or at our premises in person.
