Wax Foundation Deliveries
Due to the natural properties of beeswax, wax foundation is sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Exposure to cold temperatures may cause the product to become brittle and more prone to cracking, while warm or hot conditions may result in softening, warping or distortion during transit.
While all reasonable care is taken in the packing and dispatch of orders, we cannot control conditions during transportation. Therefore, Hagens Bees cannot accept liability for any damage, deformation or deterioration caused by temperature extremes during transit.
Customers are advised to ensure that deliveries are received promptly and that wax foundation is stored in a cool, dry and stable environment upon arrival to maintain product quality.
