Apistan is an ideal product for beekeepers looking to both detect and control Varroa Mites in their colonies. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend treating hives in the Spring before the first honey flow and again in the Autumn after the last honey flow. A recommended ratio of 1 strip for every 5 frames of bees ensures thorough treatment. Each pack contains 10 strips and has an expiry date of 2026.
