I ordered 14x12 kits of 11 wax sheets and frames, when I received the kits, the frames from the kits came only in 10's, after I contacted them, they were really helpful and they rezolved the issue straight away, and when they sent me the missing frames, they were really kind and even went out of their way and sent me a few extra frames.
