Respect for our team.

Our team works hard to help you. We want every person who contacts Hagen’s Bees to feel respected, and we ask the same for our staff.

We do not accept abusive, discriminatory or sexual comments or behaviour towards our team. This applies in person, on the phone, in writing and online.

Where it happens, we may end contact, cancel an order, close an account or ban a person from our premises and events. If we cancel an order, we refund any payment for goods we have not supplied. We may report serious incidents to the police.

This statement reflects our duties under the Equality Act 2010, as amended by the Employment Rights Act 2025, to protect our staff from harassment, including harassment by customers and other third parties.
