Columbus Apple / Fat Ball Feeder

Apples are easy to pierce through the skewer, fat balls can be tricky, ensure you are using a good solid fat ball, hi-energy ones are usually the best.

Crafted from beautifully finished FSC®-certified birch, the feeder combines sustainability with a clean, contemporary look that sits comfortably in any garden. Using it couldn’t be easier – just remove the retaining pin, slide an apple or fat ball onto the central skewer, and secure the pin back in place.

Position the feeder in a quiet, sheltered area of the garden where birds feel safe to feed. Watching birds peck at fresh apple up close makes this feeder especially rewarding to use.

Care & cleaning:

Clean the feeder regularly by removing leftover food and wiping the skewer and frame with warm water and a wildlife-friendly disinfectant. Allow to dry fully before refilling to help keep visiting birds healthy.
