I ordered 14x12 kits of 11 wax sheets and frames, when I received the kits, the frames from the kits came only in 10's, after I contacted them, they were really helpful and they rezolved the issue straight away, and when they sent me the missing frames, they were really kind and even went out of their way and sent me a few extra frames. Very helpful and very professional!
I've been buying from Haggen Bees for a few years now, I like their bees product, decently priced, especially when they have sales or offers on, but in general definitely much cheaper than Thorne's, and if there's ever anything that I'm not satisfied with, they are more than happy to resolve. Pleased with delivery and quality

frames and foundations are good quality and cheap. They fitted together well. The packaging on one of the two parcels was split open but nothing was missing. One top bar was broken in transit but Hagen’s replaced it quickly without fuss, they even sent a free spare one.
